Look around the men's locker room – there are two open lockers there, and you'll find an Audio log, and Flame fuel Schematics inside. In order to take care of the first objective, head for the machine shop.
Stomp the body in the chair, or you will have to fight it later. Head there and search the room thoroughly – there's a Store, Save Station, and an Audio log there, along with a few open lockers. Our base of operations for this part will be the control room. There's a locker at the end of the lounge.
